Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using frontline.carson.systems and any service offered through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service. The site and service are operated by Frontline AI LLC.
2. The Service
Frontline AI provides 24/7 AI-powered phone answering, dispatch, and lead capture for service-business owners. Subscription terms, pricing, included usage, and renewal terms are set out at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. We may modify the service from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to a paid subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your business to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or our systems, interfere with operation, scrape or extract data without written permission, submit false or misleading information, harass or defraud any person, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of any content and data you submit to or through the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the service for you. We do not use your content to train external AI models.
6. Fees and payment
If the service is offered for a fee, you agree to pay the fees in effect at the time of your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change subscription fees on at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund partial-month fees except as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site and within the service — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, software, and underlying code — is owned by Frontline AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the service granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.
9. Third-party links and integrations
The service may link to or integrate with third-party properties. Those properties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.
10. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTLINE AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontline AI LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the site. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
